that the cnckey is not

the cnckey from your desktop
or the start menu |

hour glass will come up and
flash, and then go away

at this point your are still
getting the same message
when you log in: |

Right
click on the cnckey icon and
select properties |

Be
sure that the shortcut is
pointing to the correct
drive and directory

will need to check the date
on the system that is
receiving the error (the
time can be different on the
systems, but the date must
match on all systems)

the shortcut properties, to
be sure that you are
launching the correct
executable (the shortcut
must be pointing to the
correct drive and directory)
